Exxon Mobile’s corporate campus has announced its relocation which will be centered on a 385-acre wooded site a short distance from the intersection of I-45 and the Hardy Toll Road just south of The Woodlands. The newest Exxon Mobile corporate campus will contain various low-rise office buildings, a laboratory, conference and training facilities, and other employee resources. The campus is said to house over 8,000 employees come 2014. The new campus will provide a boost to the housing market in The Woodlands and the surrounding area.
