decades.
I want to make sure your experience in your new home, specifically with your appliances, is pleasurable and trouble free. All your Subzero/Wolf product are covered by a 2 year warranty, all other appliances carry a one year warranty that begins when you close on your new home.
Should you experience any difficulties with your appliances that
require service, please call 713-781-2222 and speak with me or my assistant Whit Haworth immediately as we have all your model and serial numbers on file and can set up service for you with the correct factory authorized technicians. The information we'll require is the item affected, the nature of the problem, your address, contact information and closing date. We'll do our best to resolve any service issue you may have as quickly as possible. |
