After graduating from Washington University in St. Louis, Kevin moved home to Houston and attended the University of Houston where he received his MBA. With three years of commercial real estate experience at Wolf & Co. and Weingarten Realty under his belt, Kevin joined Frankel Building Group and has continued to learn about the Houston custom home building industry from the best.

Also a licensed broker in the state of Texas, Kevin is very involved in the Frankel Realty Group heading up acquisitions, as well as sales and cost forecasting.

He loves working with his family each day and spending time with his wife and two beautiful daughters.
