Need to Make a Warranty Claim?
Every new home built and sold by Frankel Building Group includes a new home warranty intended to ensure that:
- For a period of l year, the workmanship and materials shall be free of construction defects.
- For a period of 2 years, the plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning delivery systems shall be free of construction defects.
- For a period of l0 years, the major structural components of the home shall be free of construction defects.

If this is a warranty claim on an appliance please list the model and serial numbers in the description. This can be found on the appliance and in your Home Owner Manual. For additional assistance please call the Sub Zero Customer Care Line at 1-800-222-7820.
This submission form is for warranty items and is not to be confused with items included in your “Final Completion List.” If you feel that any of those items have not been completed in a timely manner, please contact Frankel management.
If you have an actual emergency or life safety issue, please call 911 immediately.
If you have a persistent plumbing leak, a water leak requiring whole home shut off, sewer line backing up, or all of your A/C units are inoperable, after-hours work may be offered. All other warranty work will be addressed during regular business hours (M-F, non-holidays).
