Chairman and Founder
Jim was the first Custom Home Builder to start a home in Cinco Ranch, the 7,000 acre Master Planned Community in west Houston. He was the exclusive builder in Bayou Park Estates and The Reserve at Bayou Woods, Cinco Ranch’s heavily wooded and gated estate lot communities, both of which were among the real success stories in Houston Real Estate.
Jim is a native Houstonian who graduated from The Kinkaid School and The University of Texas at Austin where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. His specialty is fully servicing his clients through lot acquisition, design, and project development as well as difficult site design. Jim is one of the most active and respected forces in the fast-moving redevelopment market of the Memorial Villages and inside the loop in Houston where his dynamic design work and talent for blending large new houses into established neighborhoods is receiving great acclaim.
Jim has achieved the status of Graduate Master Builder (only approximately 800 in the U.S.). He is an experienced custom home builder of quality, single family homes in the Memorial Villages, Sandalwood/Lakeview, Tanglewood, River Oaks area, Sunset Terrace/Montclair, Briargrove, Southampton, West University, Bellaire, The Heights and Cinco Ranch.
